How to update windows xp without internet

How to update windows xp service pack 2 to service pack 3 When we install any latest software on windows xp, then windows xp demands to update it to service pack 3. There are many software(s) which can't install on service pack 2 i.e. Skype, Microsoft Office 2010 etc. But some peoples have not internet connection. What should they do? I have a magic for them. They can update their windows xp service pack 2 to service pack 3 without internet connection. Now lets start.

step no. 1 Go to start button and click on run. step no. 2 write regedit in run command and press enter. step no. 3 Now follow these steps GO TO HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE >> SYSTEM >> CurrentControlSet >> WINDOWS Step no. 4 On side of opened windows there should be a menu named CSDversion. Step no. 5 Change the value of CSDversion from 200 to 300 and press enter. Step no. 6 Restart your Computer. Step no. 7 Check your Computer's properties. Enjoy!!!
